What do crisis negotiation and team performance have in common? That’s what I, David Garcia, have been working on for over 16 years, and it’s what I am proud to say has helped teams, with several individuals, overcome some of their greatest performance challenges.

In crisis negotiation, seconds matter, thinking under pressure is a must, and the ability to come up with creative solutions quickly is a requirement of the job. Much like the skills needed to lead and navigate in today’s modern world, which is precisely what I help leaders develop and do.

I’m the guy you bring in when unexpected issues and challenges arise, and it is during these pivotal moments when the most remarkable transformations can occur. I help individuals, teams, and leaders use those moments to unlayer the decision making process and address the underlying implicit biases hindering their performance.

I’m often sought after for my strategic thinking, and am proud to be a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, which equips me with time tested leadership content focused on helping people grow. I live and work in Kansas, and am married with 2 beautiful little girls. When I’m not working you can find me at a Orange Theory Fitness gym or in the woods looking for my drives on the golf course, and I’ll never pass up the chance to try a greasy tasty burger.
